What’s involved in the loan application process

Simple five minute application
It only takes about 5 minutes to complete our application form. We offer our customers loans anywhere from $300 to $2,000. Our loans are short term loans with a term of up to 12 months.
As part of the application, we will ask you information about your income, expenses and employment. We need to know that you have the ability to pay back the loan so when need to ask. Plus it’s a legal requirement.
Who can apply
If you live in Australia and you are over 18 years old then you will be eligible to apply for a loan with us. Whether you live in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or anywhere else in Australia, if you meet these criteria you can apply.

Providing documents
As part of your application, we do ask you to provide us with a few documents. You can upload these documents as part of the loan application. This includes providing a copy of your driver’s licence. You can simply take a picture of these documents with your phone if that’s the best way to provide it. Of course we know that not everyone has everything with them all the time so you can still complete your application form to start the process and just need to email us the documents later.

Once you’re approved
Our loan approval process is quick and easy as well. Approved customers are notified by email and or sms. We will set you up with access to our customer portal. You will then receive an email and or sms which contains your username and password. You will need this to sign in and electronically sign your loan agreement. Once you’ve done that we transfer your funds.
Same day money transfers and instant transfers with PayID
Once you’ve signed your agreement, we transfer the funds to your nominated account. When you apply Monday to Friday, Instant Cash Online can deposit the money in your bank account the very same day that you apply provided you have been approved before 5 pm. Depending on who you do your banking with sometimes payments might take longer. If you are approved for a cash loan after 5 pm, funds will be transferred into your account overnight and will be available the next day.
